- Deposit of first nights accommodation is required to confirm any booking.
- No refunds are provided for shortened stay, you must pay for days booked.

- Dogs are strictly not allowed inside any accommodation, they are welcome to stay on the balcony.
Cancellation Policy – all requests must be in writing. Tariffs are non-refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather or illness. Cancellations with 30+ days notice will receive a full refund less 100% of the first night booking. Peak Season Cancellations – No refunds, however other arrangements can be organised. Management reserves the right to change site or cabin/villa allocations as required.
